The footage was filmed in Edmonton, Alberta over a two-year period, working with minor hockey players from the area. DVD 1 Skating: Develops a player's skating ability with instruction in balance, agility, edge control, starting and stopping, forward skating, backward skating, turning and crossovers. DVD 3 Shooting and Scoring: Expands a player's ability to shoot and score with instruction about sweep, wrist, flip, snap and slap shots, as well as deflections and deking.
