Jen is totally prepared for her interview at The Penalty Box and sails through, but the others do horribly, including Caitlin, the most spoiled girl in school who is forced to get a job after maxing out daddy’s credit cards. While they all end up scoring jobs in the end, they definitely won’t be working at their dream stores. So their jobs aren’t quite as glam as they hoped - at least they’re taking a big step towards independence and are able to hang out where all the action is – at the mall!
